After their recent launch in Australia, Amazfit are already expanding their range of fitness devices announcing the new Balance 3 smartwatch.
Focusing on hybrid athletes, the Amazfit Balance 3 is made for athletes who lift, run and race in the same week, focusing on balancing strength, endurance and recovery.

The watch centres around a 1.5” AMOLED display covered in sapphire glass capable of up to 3,000 nits brightness and encased in a stainless steel body that’s designed to pass military durability tests and last down to 10ATM depth in water. The watch includes an array of biometric sensors to track steps, heart-rate and more, as well as GPS positioning using Six satellite systems for precise tracking.
A long-lasting 658 mAh battery will last 21-days on a single charge, letting you worry about training and not charging your watch.
Powered by the Zepp OS 6 platform developed by Amazfit’s parent company Zepp Health, the Balance 3 uses the HybridCharge energy intelligence system, which tracks your training load, recovery, stress and daily physical demands into a single score out of 100.
This score shows a summary of the three tenets of HybridCharge, BioCharge (energy levels), LifeLoad (stress, fatigue etc.) and Training Load (current strain), giving you an instant look at your current state.
You can track your exercises automatically, with 180+ Sports Modes including an official HYROX mode, and golf mode with downloadable course maps, and strength training with 25 auto-recognized exercises.
The results are shown off in the Zepp App – available for Android and iOS – which also offers AI-supported coaching tools.
The watch is available now on the Amazfit AU online store for $519, with free shipping for smartwatch orders to Australian addresses.
