The season is here and the horses are ready to run. A day at the races is a great day, here are a few tips to be prepared and looking fresh.
That thing in the sun that we are so glad to see warming us up is also something that can cause vision impairment and damage. Start the day with a blend
Before heading to the track we love a little drink to get things started. Here is a quick recipe we’ve been trying in the Breville Boss, but you can use a normal blender for similar results.
4 standard drinks
- 60ml tequila
- 60ml Cointreau or triple sec liqueur
- 1 ⁄3 cup (80ml) lime or lemon juice
- ¼ cup (60ml) sugar syrup
- 12 ice cubes
- Place ingredients into blender jug in the order listed and secure lid.
- Press ICE CRUSH. Process until well combined and ice is crushed. Serve in salt rimmed glasses.
