At CES 2020, D-Link has unveiled their latest range of routers which are leveraging the companies work in Artificial Intelligence, Mesh, 5G, and Wi-Fi 6. They’ve announced new routers
There’s two main products that D-Link has announced, with the DWP-1020 5GNR – an Outdoor Customer Premises Equipment router – and the DWR-2101 5G NR MiFi personal hotspot. Both routers support 5G connnectivity,
D-Link DWP-1020
The DWP-1020 is a 5GNR Sub-6G + mmWave outdoor CPE that supports non-standalone mode, 5GNR/LTE and 3G model mode. Designed for outdoor use, the DWP-1020 is waterproof and supports multi-giga PoE features. Self-installation is simple and convenient with the EZFi Plus app.

D-Link DWR-2101
The DWR-2101 5G NR MiFi is the latest D-Link 5G product, featuring more power and capabilities with 802.11AX Wi-Fi, a dual-core processor, LCD screen with touch panel, RJ-45, USB 3.1 port, and a 5300mAh battery capacity.

D-Link hasn’t announced pricing or availability dates for the new routers, but we’ll have more information closer to the Australian launch.
