LG has today announced that they will be introducing their first cordless stick vacuum cleaner with mopping capabilities to the world. The CordZero A9 Kompressor comes with a docking station as well allowing easy storage, recharging and emptying of the vacuum.
The LG CordZero A9 comes with a detachable Steam Mop Power Mop nozzle designed to deliver a mopping performance without the need for detergent. Using a temperature of approximately 60 degrees Celcius, the steam mopping solution allows the CordZero A9 Kompressor to remove dirt more easily than a conventional mopping solution.
The Steam Power Mop nozzle also includes sensors to prevent overheating along with an automatic water supply system to keep the mops optimally wet during mopping. If the mop is lifted off the floor for 20 seconds the steam supply shuts off and the mop pad rotation is stopped after a minute of inactivity.
The vacuum on the CordZero A9 Kompressor is no slouch either with LG’s Axial Turbo Cyclone technology incorporated. This powerful suction enables the easy removal of any debris from the floor.
The All-in-One Tower is a space-efficient, fast-charging docking station that features a replaceable dust bag and an automated dustbin-emptying system. The station also includes a display to provide you with real-time status updates.
“Our new CordZero A9® Kompressor® with Steam Power Mop is a truly versatile cleaning solution, allowing users to clean surfaces in the home thanks to its effective vacuuming and wet and dry mopping performance,” said Lyu Jae-cheol, president of LG Electronics Home Appliance & Air Solution Company. “LG will continue to offer innovative home appliances and cleaning devices for a cleaner home and a better life.”
