At CES this morning we’re seeing the new range of Lenovo consumer devices with new Yoga and IdeaPad laptops announced featuring the AMD, Intel and NVIDIA hardware.

Yoga

The new Yoga range from Lenovo includes options across the board including the Yoga Pro 9i (16”, 9), Yoga 9i 2-in-1 (14”, 9), Yoga Slim 7i (14”, 9) and Yoga 7i 2-in-1 (16”, 9). Lenovo are also announcing an updated dual-screen Yoga Book 9i with the latest Intel processors.

The Yoga Book 9i caused quite the splash last year as the first dual-screen OLED laptop. The laptop has been updated with Intel’s 14th gen Core I7-U processors, though still includes those gorgeous 13.3” PureSight OLED 2.8K panels.

The dual-display laptop includes a rotating Bowers & Wilkins soundbar and comes decked out with a range of smart launcher features to take advantage of the dual-display form factor.

On a more traditional front, the Yoga Pro 9i includes a large PureSight Pro Mini-LED 3.2K resolution  IPS display with 165Hz refresh rate. The laptop is powered by the latest range of Intel Core Ultra H Series processors with options ranging from Core 5 to Core 9 and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU. The laptop includes up to 64GB RAM, 1TB M.2 SSD and is powered by an 84WHr battery.

The Yoga 9i 2-in-1 comes with a 14” PureSight OLED 2.8K display and offers a flexible option for those looking for a laptop to conform to their needs. The Intel Evo Edition certified device is powered by an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor and comes with integrated Arc graphics, with 16GB RAM and a 1TB Gen 4 PCIe M.2 SSD.

To take advantage of the flexible form-factor, the Yoga 9i 2-in-1 also comes with a Smart Pen which attaches magnetically to the cover, and a Sleeve for protection.

Both the Yoga Pro 9i and Yoga 9i 2-in-1 offer Mil-Spec (MIL-STD-810H) rating for durability and come with the Lenovo Premium Suite, a fleet of productivity apps for Video conferencing and more. There’s also great sound on the laptop with a 6-speaker setup on the Yoga Pro 9i, and a rotating 360-degree soundbar on the Yoga 9i 2-in-1.

Lenovo has also announced a new Yoga Pro 7i (i is for Intel) with options for Intel Core Ultra series CPUs, and Yoga Pro 7 with AMD Ryzen 8845HS processors – both with 14.5” displays, though you can grab an OLED option on the Intel model.

The AMD powered Yoga Pro 7 includes up to 16GB DDR5 RAM and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU, while the Intel powered Yoga Pro 7i includes up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU – both include a 1GB M.2 SSD.

Lastly, the Yoga 7i 2-in-1 has been announced in both 16” and 14” display sizes. The  Yoga 7i 2-in-1 will include options for up to an Intel Core Ultra 7 processor with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD.

The 14” model will include multiple options including OLED and LCD, while the 16” model will include a WUXGA resolution LCD panel.
