Kia has today revealed the first sketch of its new global SUV. The modern looking Kia is based around the Kia SP Signature Concept. It is rather robust looking with sharp lines, a new interpretation of Kia’s Tiger grille. The glasshouse tapers towards the rear-end. Twin mufflers and surrounding metallic bumper effects add to the sporty and futuristic design.
The new SUV which is yet to be named scores LED headlights that actually extend forward of the front grille. They have a three-dimensional light graphic plus a complicated diamond pattern at the trailing edges, the rear LED taillights score the same treatment.

Kia Head of Styling Byung said, “We have created a car which stands out everywhere, from the city to the countryside. Its robust yet sporty design will be matched by a wide range of features and technologies that are universally suited to younger buyers in markets around the world. Our new small SUV is a proposition that no other car in its class will match.”
Kia’s new global SUV will go on sale in the second half of 2019, with other regions including Australia to follow.
