We’re starting to see more and more services whereby a box of goodies is sent to your door. Socks delivered monthly, razor blades, entire outfits and grooming packs. There is one new service that we’ve been testing which takes a little from many of these other services and packs it all into one box. Please welcome The Original Gent.
The package that we received contained:
- A pair of socks
- A neck tie
- Cufflinks
- A pocket square
- Aftershave balm
- Sample cologne
All of the products were from premium brands and of high quality. Buying them seperate in a store would cost $130 retail. The package delivered from The Original Gent was $80. If you were to sign up for a new package delivered each month then it would cost $70, saving you $10.
This is an interesting one, the box may sound expensive upfront until you add up the value. The other thing is that the box is really small and you wonder how it all managed to fit in there.
With Christmas approaching we really like the packs on offer via their website. You can pick a different style pack to suit the person you are gifting it to. Essentially you could sort Christmas for your dad, father in-law, and brother in one transaction.
