Logitech recently launched their new Logitech G Pro X 2 Lightspeed gaming headset and now they are complimenting one of the best gaming headsets on the market with a premium gaming keyboard and mouse.

Using feedback from the world’s most skilled professional esports athletes Logitech has created their next generation gaming keyboard, the Pro X TKL Lightspeed, and gaming mouse, the Pro X Superlight 2.

“The exciting new PRO Series portfolio represents a pure and uncompromised product collection, designed for maximum performance of elite esports professionals and the most competitive gamers playing at the peak of potential” stated Brent Barry, Head of Esports and PRO Series at Logitech G.

“These products exemplify our commitment to pushing the limits of performance, speed, and reliability, which is only made possible through our multi-year, collaborative design process with professional esports athletes. Our elite athlete partners help design, develop and test our products, ensuring they deliver the highest level of performance, quality and cutting-edge innovation.”

The Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 Gaming Mouse

At just 60 grams, the Pro X Superlight 2 gaming mouse combines precision, performance and reliability making it ideal for elite level gaming.

The mouse features hybrid optical mechanical switches where the mechanical switch triggers an optical switch resulting in no miss clicks or any accidental double clicks.  This means that the mouse responds 1ms faster than mechanical switches alone.

The Pro X Superlight 2 offers Lightspeed wireless connectivity for that fast, low latency connection to your computer  It offers 2K polling, USB-C charging and connectivity, and a massive 95 hour battery life.  For those with a POWERPLAY mouse pad simply insert your POWERPLAY puck into the underside of the mouse.

“The mouse and keyboard are the most important part of PC Gaming. If my mouse doesn’t feel like an extension of my hand, I won’t play well. The Superlight 2 feels weightless and I don’t have to think about it. The Superlight 2 is like the first Superlight but better,” stated Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev, Counter-Strike player for NAVI.

The new Logitech G PRO X TKL Wireless Gaming Keyboard

The Pro X TKL wireless gaming keyboard is, yes you guessed it, wireless but also offers USB-C and Bluetooth connectivity.  Being a gaming keyboard it offers ANSI style keycaps and is shipped with dual shot PBT keycaps allowing the RGB light to shine through.

The Logitech mechanical switches are Logitech’s GX tactical keys – similar in sound and feel to a CherryMX Brown switch.  For those wondering, any Cherry-style keycap will fit perfectly on these switches.

The keyboard offers a game mode button which can be used to lock out some keys from specific games – you can decide which to lock out (for example, the windows key).  There are of course dedicated media keys for quick access to while in the middle of a game.

The tenkeyless design allows for more room for your mouse, important for the serious gamer to have less encumbrance on their mouse movement.

The mouse and the keyboard can be connected to your computer using a single Lightspeed dongle although if you do connect both you will halve the polling rate of the Pro X Superlight 2 mouse making it 1kHz, although this is still on a par with most gaming products on the market.

The Logitech G PRO X TKL LIGHTSPEED Gaming Keyboard and Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 Gaming Mouse and PRO X 2 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset, are available in pink, black, and white colourways.

The PRO X TKL gaming keyboard (RRP $369.95), PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 gaming mouse (RRP $299.95) and PRO X 2 gaming headset (RRP $449.95) are now available on LogitechG.com and all major retailers.
