Remember those long queues stretching around the block on the day an iPhone would launch? Well the demand for iPhones hasn’t declined, but our ability to shop online has increased and these days you can order online and have it delivered to you first thing this morning so why queue up? Well, MD Badsha Bulbul was the man who bucked that trend, and this morning thanks to a 9 hour wait in-line, was the first person in the world to buy an iPhone 15 from Apple.
Buying the phone outright, Bulbul was jumping into a pretty solid upgrade too – he’s currently using the Samsung Galaxy A33 a phone that retailed for $599, so he’s probably shelling out $2,000 more than that today.
He told EFTM he was drawn to the look of the Natural Titanium, and thought that the Camera features and Action button were compelling reasons to choose the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
Regardless, after 9 hours in-line, he was let in at 8am and was taken straight to his new phone.
He’s just one of thousands, probably tens of thousands if not more who will get their new iPhones today.
